The calendar below reflects my scheduled appointments. It cannot be changed on this site. I will update the calendar below once an appointment is scheduled or re-scheduled.
 
Please also note that since the schedule is constantly changing, I cannot guarantee that the time slot that appears to be open below is available. Please call to make an appointment.

New schedule beginning December 1, 2025: I typically schedule my inspections on Mondays and Wednesdays between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I am in the office for research and analysis of the properties I am appraising. I do not perform appraisal inspections on the weekends. If you need an inspection outside of the above-noted times, please call me, and we can discuss it.
